Response Time Standards

Telephone

Calls answered during office hours. Missed calls returned within 1 business day.

Email

Acknowledgement within 24 hours. Full response within 2–3 business days.

Escalations

If a query cannot be resolved within the standard timeframe, you will be informed of the delay and given a revised completion date.

Used for information-sharing only. Not monitored for service requests.
